We were approached by a returning client to do a feasibility study for further developing their warehouse apartment in East London.  After long negotiations over air rights and access we achieved planning permission for a new penthouse apartment.  Our client has since sold the property with the planning permission for an additional dwelling on the roof, making a substantial profit.
